I don't know much about the character, but it does say male and that....looks like a female chest area.

Does he wear a push up bra....or something?
Just honestly pretty curious about that.

@anon 1: It is confirmed to be a male, from the Utau wikia gives us this:

"Ritsu has a bustline but is shrewdly covered by the upper wear with no exposed cleavage. The official explanation for this is that missiles were built into Ritsu's torso, not a padded bra as some fans speculate."
