Don't give out your Internet Protocol address, but can you tell the following:
1. Adblock enabled or disabled?
2. Java Script enabled (in browser)?
3. Java Script up to date?
4. Outbound POP enabled?
5. Outbound gateway java enabled?
6. Cookies 'allowed' for Safebooru?
7. Browser security whitelist Safebooru listed?
8. Gateway inbound from Safebooru 'allowed'?
9. Not using a government computer(those have special security programs).
Look at those and make sure that they are either 'allowed' or 'enabled' for Safebooru.
Please note that if you are using an RSS(Rich Site Summary) or API (application program interface), it will probably not work.
