ive tried tumblr google images other sites and it all comes down to saying "generic error"what am i doing wrong?!
Sounds like there is some kind of block in your java, personal PC firewall, P2P block, browser settings, or something like that.

You do have a habit of disregarding the ToS here. Maybe you do the same on other sites as well and they all chose to prohibit you from continuing to do so. That seems to be the most probable possibility. :/

PrincessBLARITY, can you supply some technical details that might help shed some light on the specific problem?
Don't give out your Internet Protocol address, but can you tell the following:
1. Adblock enabled or disabled?
2. Java Script enabled (in browser)?
3. Java Script up to date?
4. Outbound POP enabled?
5. Outbound gateway java enabled?
6. Cookies 'allowed' for Safebooru?
7. Browser security whitelist Safebooru listed?
8. Gateway inbound from Safebooru 'allowed'?
9. Not using a government computer(those have special security programs).
Look at those and make sure that they are either 'allowed' or 'enabled' for Safebooru.
Please note that if you are using an RSS(Rich Site Summary) or API (application program interface), it will probably not work.

#2. Is the most needed/basic part. *capsforeffect*YOU MUST HAVE JAVA SCRIPT ENABLED FOR THE UPLOAD APPLET TO WORK! You can turn java off after you're done, but you must have it on to upload.
Go to your settings/options/whatever; find sa 'security' section, there should be a slider/ toggle buttons for cookies and pop-up windows, and the 'turn Java on/off' checkbox. Make sure it is turned on and refresh/reload the upload page. That should work unless you are on a screened gateway internet.. or something like that.
