in addition to a reward system we should have a section where it has the most score and put it on the top 10s
like top 10 pics under this category,or top 50 pics etc...
its an ideas im introducing,but i need some help putting it down on a plan .

This is a decent idea for an image thread, but the same may be accomplished by "Xtag rating:>=50"....
Oh. I understand now. You mean top10 of all time and among all images.
I have seen this done and after a year of the same ones being in top ten at Oekaki Central, it got old to me. At least three of those are still there to this day, being a five year stretch. There should be an expiration like top ten only among those dating back one year.
Also a poll or competition each year for a single winning image introduced to a 'Wall of Fame" may garner interest!
