This really caught mu eye so I checked Space dandy out on wikipedia as I have never heard of it before. Sorry to say, there is no mention of a character named "Female Dandy". Since the main character's name is Dandy, I musr assume that this is in actuality a genderswap. I could be wrong though. The reliability of Wikipedia is somewhat questionable.
