No. Slifer does not have legs, unless you count his arms. His design looks like its based closely on the japanese snake dragon, only with wings.

Anon 4, the 'snake dragon' is called a 'lung' or more properly a 'long' in Chinese or 'ryu' in Japanese. And they have four legs, two in front like Slifer, and two in back. Look closely at Shenron in Dragonball. Otherwise you are entirerly correct. And no, Slifer doesn't have any back legs that we ever see, except on the figures. He does have four legs. I know cus I have a figure.
