This is a beautiful artwork, all of the shading on it is great~ I've made a base of this picture and I wanted to know if it's alright to post it on deviantart for people to use. I'm not claiming credit at all, I can assure you. I'll even link to the picture. Is that alright?

^ You'd have to ask the artist that, and this isn't the place to do that.

The artist will never see your comment, because the artists aren't the ones who upload to Safebooru. You'd have to go to the artist's pixiv or website to do that.
