I've got a question. I've seen some horrible (sexual like poses, not anything that bad) things about one character that looks like a 10 year old child, acts like one, and is one. What is the policy for inherently lewd characters even if the photo shows nothing like uh, well quite a lot of ninja girl designs, really...
I went and upped two pics of fumiko anyway since I was already on the artist's page, but yes that IS her Canon outfit, LoL....

I would say that most ninja girl designs aren't really that lewd, and the ones that are, are usually from Mature rated content, which usually aren't allowed. We have some exceptions for a few characters from Teen rated content, but it depends on how they are drawn and posed I suppose. From what I can tell, Fumiko's outfit is kind of borderline already but artwork of her would be allowed in certain situations.

Just make sure the character is sufficiently covered (2/3rds coverage for what is meant to be covered) and not in suggestive poses.
