I already posted this on the Gelbooru page for this, but I'll put this here as well.

Since this only uses katakana it was pretty easy to translate (though I am a bit of an amateur so if someone more experienced could confirm that'd be awesome), but I believe that the name of the girl we're looking at right now is "Mikoto Scarlet". She's the mini-Flan we've been seeing in Gomasamune's art for a while, and apparently they were nice enough to give us some proper information about her. (And yes, she's a cutie.)

I'll go ahead and add notes for any of the information that isn't immediately clear to those that can't read Japanese.
