Why does Hilbert have TEPIG it doesn't even suit him?! Instead of Any Other Starter, he should have the Snivy, and his sister, Hilda, should have Panpour, the Pokémon you get in the Dreamyard if you go with a Snivy. By splitting the Pokémon between them it would be much better. :) Say "I wanna Snivy" if you agree.
