How the hell do I set a favorite tag?

It's there on the profile thing and it's teasing me so hard.
You know exactly what I wanna set it to. But I can't find an option at all in the settings.

its on all of the sites like that. Its just something they added but didn't finish, they talked about it they just don't got time for that.
