I would know for Yae why she behaves weirdly around the Traveler but for Lisa I wouldn't know personally, there's probably something somewhere in the lore which would explain that behavior. Maybe she's just like that. Wouldn't know cause I don't care much.
I know though for Yae that it's cause it reminds her of an old deceased friend. I don't know what it is with Inazuma and deaths but man.. it feels like everyone has at least a 9 volume long backstory...
