Your First Manga
What was the first manga you ever read? How did it make you feel and how did it make you want to read more manga?

If I remember correctly, it was "Dark Angel" by Kia Asamiya. I was 12 and found the volumes on the street one day and decided to pick them up and take them home with me.

well madou monagatary (despite not having games made for it anymore as sad as it is) is the main line of the franchise, and is where to this day 90% of the plot happens as its the RPGs. some of the plot also carried over to the puyo games too while the franchise was on the sega saturn and dreamcast, but mostly became irrelivant after the soft reboot with puyo puyo fever on the game cube. since the main line games have gotten more plot and relivance mentioned like the puyo puyo soft rpg on the 3ds, but otherwise was still not quite the same. reason it matter is while its always been a bit of a gag franchise, the main line games and story of Madou Monagatary had a much darker story that was a bit more grounded in its rules and setting.

tldr i care what it is for much the same reason someone would care if a story was shin megami tense, persona, or devil summoner. same world, sometimes even same characters, but different tone and contexts
