So I just want the meaning of "commentary request" or "commentary" beacuse i didnt know what the tags mean.
so I searched the tags in the wiki but there are NOTHING but NOTHING.if you don't understand a tag like this,tell me or reply me but please,can you tell me what commentary request means?.even the wiki exists,there are some tags that doesn't appear in the wiki,especially this type of tags

This is a tag pulled from Danbooru, they have a section with their images that allow for the artists comments to be added with the image. We do not have that here so it's a tag that doesn't mean anything on Safebooru.
