This sure is something that I can relate to.

It's like my serious hardworking half of my brain (Shikieiki) always criticizes/nags/lectures my other easy-going lazy half (Komachi) to get back to work. As a result, I might be having fun watching a show or playing some games but then I'm burdened by this growing guilty conscience feeling in the back of my brain constantly saying that I should be doing something productive right now instead of relaxing.

While I vastly prefer my Komachi side of taking things at a laid back approach and just enjoying myself , I gotta hand it to my Shikieiki side of keeping me in line with getting my duties done in a timely disciplined manner.
