This is a heart wrench. I wish I could comfort ladies like this one and cure what ailes them . She has an green shirt, is holding dog tags, and has cuts all over. I believe she is experiencing PTSD from war. The cutting is a coping mechanism and ahorrible one at that. Anon1 is right, she dkes need clinical help... unfortunately thats opening Pandoras Box for things off subject.
