This is 'Ruby', for the upcoming Vocaloid 4 release in late 2015 or 2016. She was designed by D_artemi and her vocal provider, Misha. Ruby is modeled on her voice provider and is supposed to provide a counter-point to Hatsune-sama's personality. Where Hatsune-sama is more interested in the world, Ruby has her base in family. Her voice provider, Misha, though an unknown, has a Latino heritage, lending to the progress of that growing integrating culture in the west. Ruby is reportedly from New Jersey, USA.
This character is still in development and may turn out very differently when the Vocaloid 4 pack finalizes for sale.
