This pic is very accurate of Utsuho Reiuji and one of the best renditions of her that I've seen!
I think that Reiuji was originally supposed to embody the cosmic energies that couldn't be explained by other Japanese folklore, so a Hell's crow ate the spirit of hell's fire and gained a cosmic cloak like a tengu from outerspace.
