Is it just me, or is this Len a genderbent version of Rin? I mean, yeah, they are pretty much genderbent versions of eachother in the first place, but still, I get that impression from the hair and all...

Rin and Len aren't genderbent versions of each other. They have completely different voices; if you make Rin and Len sing the same note, they're still easily distinguishable. They are meant to be separate voices.
