Voila, it's the Hummer H1 (1992-2006) apparently also known as the Hummer HMC4 (1992-2002) before adopting the universal H1 title. It was based off the military's M998 HMMWV (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle) Humvee, calling this an SUV would be an understatement in my opinion. Rather, it is a civilian High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle.... O__o why an ordinary person would need this is beyond my speculation, unless it was used for solely off-road experiences, and I'm pretty sure most Americans don't live in the middle of a desert anymore. The cars were manufactured in the same building as the aforementioned Humvees, however they were taken to another building across from there to be painted. That was probably the only difference in their production from their military grade cousins. And the additional guns. I mean, they came with weird features that don't really make sense for a road car, and it makes me wonder how this thing is even street legal and a consumer Peugeot isn't here in America. But I digress.
