N shouldn't have a Snivy. He should have a Zorua instead. Hilda goes well with Panpour/Pansage/Pansear, the 1 weak against Hilbert's chosen starter and Hilbert should have Snivy/Tepig/Oshawott. According to Unova's regional diploma, from Game Freak, the canon starter appears to be Snivy. The other 2 starters shouldn't be there unless Cheren and Bianca are there as well.
Rival Blue, Red and Green Chan are not an issue because you could choose the starter to match the version anyway.
