She's so gonna lose. Look at the positioning of his queen. He can easily take hers without fear of losing a piece, and then all the offense she has is a knight, versus his rook, bishop, and queen. There's no reason he should have that expression, he's clearly the victor.

You obviously haven't played enough chess. He's currently in check from her bishop. He can't take the bishop with the king for obvious reasons. The only choice is to take the bishop with the rook; which then she'll come in and take his queen, putting him in check once again. He's pretty screwed.
