I don't think she is, I think she has a right hand on her left arm...

Wow. You'd think that anyone could realize they'd put the wrong hand on the wrong arm, but you'd be amazed how many anime figurines get shipped back because some person didn't have a second to correct the left hand being on the right arm. This is a personal experience FYI.
