I couldn't find an actual model that looks like this. I found that Honda themselves only produced a one kei truck at a time over the years starting with the T360/500 in Jun 1963. This drawing resembles almost a modified cross between the T360/500 and its successor the TN360. Something to note would be that each of these models have a big H on the front to symbolize the Honda manufacturer which this drawing does away with and instead puts a larger grille on the front as well as the full spelling of Honda. However, there are unmistakable traits that the truck in the drawing has with the actual models. This is the position of the blinker lights above the large round headlights among other traits.

I have been humbled by one of my Gran Turismo play sessions once again ^_^;
This truck is actually part of Honda's Life series that was attributed to a kei car sedan, a microvan, and a kei truck that were produced from 1971-1974; the name was not revived until 1997.
This one is a first generation Honda Life pick-up, with production starting in August 1973 and ending in 1974 with a final production count of 1,132 vehicles.
