This car is a tuned version of a tenth generation Nissan Bluebird (U12) SSS-R circa 1988 y famed Japanese car tuner and manufacturer Tommy Kaira. This must have been one of the first models tuned by Tommy Kaira as the company first adopted the name in 1987.

I was unable to find any exact pictures or info on Tommy Kaira's tuning of Nissan's car. I do have some of the Nissan ones for comparison though. The first is a red Bluebird from the same side as the above and the second link is the rally SSS-R version that Tommy Kaira did their tuning on.
