<font size=5>BLAWSON ARROW!</font> Parody of a scene from the 2002 Vietnam War film <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0277434/">We Were Soldiers</a>, in which the commanding officer uses the code "Broken Arrow" to call in an air-strike in a last-ditch attempt to prevent his position from being overrun. However, the artist has misspelled it a bit for the purpose of comedy ("buro-son aro-" instead of "buro-ken")...
I repeat: Blawson Arrow! The kanji, in case you're wondering, say "requesting full-scale air support", which is roughly what "Broken Arrow" meant in Vietnam War era code jargon.
Don't ask questions, just do it!
