This little known anime is one of five best I've ever seen! I had even got non-Anime fans to watch and they were hooked! A must watch!

And I'd say rated PG or G. Little to no fanservice..er.. besides the girth of one of the generals bust. No need for compromises for extra attention, hat's how good the story is!
