So, in safebooru.org/index.php?page=alias&s=list , it says you can suggest an alias. I seem to be incapable of doing so. Any help?

I was just trying to add an alias for (sayonara zetsubou sensei) but can't figure it out. I wanted to add the western name, (Goodbye Mr. Despair) for it.

Top left inside the blue border, in tiny white letters 'add'. I assume that the green highlighted ones on page three are in the cue for admin approval. The cue might be filled already, but i don't know for sure since I can't think of an applicable change to test that theory.
