You're darn right it is but sometimes it doesn't turn red. I don't really know how that works, but I don't have any control over it as the uploader.

I'm trying to figure out where the fox udon is in this picture, and only after following the tag do I find it is the name of the artist. I thought the artist name tag is supposed to be a different color, like orange or something other than blue.

Look closer. Doritos is misspelled "Doritas." Pringles has the 's' cut out of the picture, so that there's a little plausible deniability.

Why is Dunkin Donuts only parodied and not Doritos or Pringles?

Follow the source link to the left and ask the actual artist for distribution permissions. Sometimes, they'll allow it but most times not.

Question: Would it be ok if I used this as a base for a propaganda poster?

Sometimes, I wonder about the coding in sites such as this. There are three pictures marked "under boob" on this page and each tag has a different number next to it indicating the number of other pictures so tagged. It's as if the source code doesn't even care whether it is doing anything right. Also, if one hits the double arrow to go all the way back to the first picture ever, the request is rejected as if that picture is forever out of reach. It is a puzzlement.
